Order & trade coordination

Financial contributions are mandatory only for a specific paid advertising or international market-development campaign that both parties approve in writing. Each campaign’s budget, contributions, spending caps and payment schedule must be agreed before it begins. Becoming a strategic partner alone creates no advertising payment obligation. Pricing, commissions or service fees, content permissions, territories and any exclusivity are confirmed in writing. Product promotion does not guarantee orders.

Common questions

Before we begin.

Does an enquiry make us an approved partner?

No. An introduction starts a review. Approval, authorisation and the cooperation scope must be confirmed separately in writing.

Will CRINEO cover all advertising costs?

Financial contributions become mandatory only when both parties approve a specific paid campaign and each party’s contribution in writing. Before the campaign begins, authorized representatives must sign its budget, contribution amounts or proportions, spending caps and payment schedule. No universal percentage applies. An enquiry or partnership agreement alone creates no advertising payment obligation. Either party may decline a proposed campaign before approval without automatically ending the partnership.

Can we discuss exclusive representation?

You may propose it. Any territory, targets, duration and exclusivity require a separate commercial assessment and written agreement.

Which markets can we explore?

CRINEO welcomes international proposals. The markets for each collaboration depend on product suitability, customer requirements and the agreed operational scope.
