Option 2: CRINEO shipping coordination and support

Our team can assist with supplier communication, warehouse delivery arrangements, shipment documentation, logistics coordination and follow-up.

Shipping support fee: 5% of the confirmed shipping cost, charged separately from freight. For example, a freight cost of USD 200 attracts a CRINEO support fee of USD 10.

Before proceeding, we explain the scope of our support, provide a breakdown of applicable charges and request your acceptance of our shipping support terms and policies. Shipping and delivery timelines remain estimates provided by the logistics company.

Payment timing: The 5% service fee is payable immediately upon receipt of CRINEO’s itemized invoice, after your goods reach the designated shipping warehouse and the shipping company confirms the charges. Payment is required before further managed shipping coordination; unpaid fees may result in suspension of that support.

Read the Shipping Support Service Fee – Invoicing and Payment Policy. You must confirm acceptance before managed support begins.
